Bank Credit Assignment and Management Regime

Decree-Law No. 103/2025 was published today, transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2167 and establishing a new Regime for the Assignment and Management of Bank Loans.

The new legislation brings structural changes for financial institutions, assignees and credit managers, OIAs and securitisation vehicles, consumers and corporate debtors.
