The European Commission presented, on November 19, 2025, a set of proposed regulations that make up the Digital Omnibus Regulation Proposal.
These measures aim to simplify, clarify, and harmonize the European Union’s Digital Acquis while maintaining a high level of protection for health, safety, and fundamental rights.
